There’s nothing quite like intense, challenging workouts for channeling aggression and making everything else in your life okay. If you can find a way to dig up your anger and channel it into pushing yourself past the point where you want to quit, you not only find an outlet for your anger and feel better emotionally afterwards, but you also get a heck of a workout.
Sometimes you have to drop the barbell hard, yell, make noise… Who cares if people think you’re trying to be tough or get attention?
